Enjoy easy access to outdoor recreation and Arrowhead Lake at this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Pocono vacation house. This mountain chalet boasts over 1700 square feet of well-appointed living space, with a furnished deck. Guests are invited to settle in for a retreat of a lifetime! We are short 5 min walk to Choctaw Pool.

This Pocono vacation Cape Cod style home is equipped with 3 bedrooms, a flat screen 70" TV with complimentary YouTube TV and Disney+ and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, a fridge and an oven.
2nd floor: One bedroom with King size bed, another bedroom with Queen size and Bunk bed for kids (twin), bathroom with Jacuzzi, workstation for laptop.

Kitchen has salt, pepper, oil for basic cooking needs. Pans, pots, skillets, plates, mugs, drink and wine glasses. silverware and kitchen utensils are also provided.
We provide starter rolls of toilet paper, and paper towels. Complimentary hand soap, shampoo and body wash
We are short 5 min walk to pool (open summer season)
Guests have access to full house. Exceptions: owner's and supply closets, shed and crawlspace.
COMMUNITY FEES (mandatory, not included in booking price):
Arrowhead Lake Community Fees (to be paid separately online 1+ days prior to arrival):
1) Temporary membership:
a) IN SEASON (May 24 to Sept 2): $8.50 per person, per day. or $42.50 per
person, per week.
b) OFF SEASON (Sept 3 to May 23): $2 per person, per day.
c) Children under 6 are free
2) Gate Card: $20 per vehicle, per stay
3) Administration: $20 one time, per stay (Non-refundable)
4) Late fee (for registrations submitted within 3 days of arrival date): $100
NOTE: All fees must be paid at least 3+ days prior to arrival to avoid late fee. Community does not accept registrations/payments less than 1 day prior to arrival.
We will collect following info to be submitted to community with payment: number of guests and kids, names of every driver, full car info and guest names.
Upon arrival, you will have to go to Rental Office to obtain your gate cards. Office open 10am-10pm. Let us know ahead of time if you plan to arrive after 10pm.
Temporary Membership grants access to all community facilities and events, as well as access to pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, to Community Lodge with 3 fireplaces, library, fitness room (gym), game rooms and banquet hall.
Note: Pools are open starting Memorial Day weekend, until Labor Day.
TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED WHETHER AMENITIES/FACILITIES ARE OPEN/USED OR NOT.
Community amenities are owned and operated by Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Some amenities are seasonal (pools, beaches, rental shack etc) or maybe closed due to staffing, weather, maintenance or other reasons out of our control. Please double check with us on status of specific amenity.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $99.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $99.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
