We collect above fees as homeowner's agent, on homeowner's behalf.
Registration Timing - Every renter must pay community fees not less than one (1) day prior to arrival. Late fee applies to all submissions made less than three (3) days prior to arrival.
Changes - You can change number of people and number of cars and guests no less than three (3) days prior to arrival.
Refunds - Temporary Membership fees and Vehicle Gate Card fees are only refundable if the owner/agent cancels the rental registration with Arrowhead Community not less than three (3) days prior to arrival. The Administration Fee is non-refundable regardless of a cancelled rental registration. Once approved, refunds will be returned to the credit card used for original payment.
